Iceland moves forward with plans for The Food Warehouse on Inverness's Telford Street

Supermarket chain Iceland has signalled renewed plans to open a new premises in Inverness city centre.

The frozen food specialists have lodged plans with Highland Council to install signage at 79A Telford Street for a The Food Warehouse outlet.

The company currently has a Iceland store on Rose Street.

The Food Warehouse is part of the Iceland Foods Group and was set up 2014.
