Jess Glynne was the headline act at this year's Belladrum festival.

Tickets for Belladrum's 2020 outing sold out within 72 hours, with just a handful left in reserve.

All adult, child and campervan tickets offered for sale were snapped up a full 12 months ahead of the event which is due to take place between July 30 and August 1 next year.

Festival organisers released tickets one month earlier than usual in a bid to make it more affordable by extending its monthly payment plan to 11 months and freezing prices at 2019 levels.

Just 1000 tickets have been held back from sale so music fans who want to know what the headline acts will be will still have the chance to secure their place when these are announced towards the end of the year.

Festival spokesman Dougie Brown said: “We deeply appreciate the enthusiasm shown for the festival by our family audience which comes off the back of our most successful edition of the festival yet.

“We have put the same number of tickets as in 2019 on sale including free kids’ tickets and have simply been delighted by how keen our loyal audience is to come back again next year.”

Next year’s festival has been brought forward by a week to avoid it clashing with the Black Isle Show.
