Kelly Blackmore was accompanied by daughter Ellie Smith and friends Jemma Morris and Debbie Clarke as she conquered Scotland's highest mountain on her 40th birthday this week.
Mrs Blackmore is a service manager for Aberlour Children’s Charity and decided to take part in the Strictly event after losing her granny, who was a huge fan of the local competition.
She is partnered with journalist Chris MacLennan, from Skye, who has long been a supporter of organisers Highand Hospice.
The pair are asking for donations on their JustGiving page to help support the hospice and Inverness Ice Centre.
Tickets for this year’s Strictly Inverness are on sale from Wednesday March 9.
Hospice communications officer Wendy Morgan said: “We haven’t held Strictly Inverness since 2019, which was our tenth anniversary of the event. So to say we are excited to finally be in a position to hold it again is an understatement!”
“We have a fabulous bunch of dancers in place for 2022 who are currently full on with their dance training and fundraising for the two benefitting charities, ourselves and Inverness Ice Centre.”
“We expect our ticket line to be busy on Wednesday morning, particularly with the fabulous addition of Flavia Cacace-Mistry to our Saturday night judging line-up. She will even be treating the audience to a dance with her husband Jimi Mistry who is accompanying her.
“Don’t hesitate to get your tickets for the hottest shows in town!”
