A9 accident causes delays; red VW Polo left carriageway at Munlochy junction

The A9 was partially blocked after a car left the carriageway near North Kessock.

The accident happened around 6.10pm on Wednesday evening just south of the Munlochy junction.

A red VW Polo was involved in the incident and paramedics were called to the scene.

The driver was treated at the scene and it is understood injuries were minor.
