The A9 trunk road is still partially closed following a collision earlier this morning north of Dalwhinnie.

The accident between Etteridge and Wade Bridge is partially blocking the arterial route in both directions.

The crash understood to involve a car and motorhome happened at around 9.30am.

One passing motorist said: "There's a motorhome stopped on one side of the road and on the other about 50 metres away there's a car with a bit of a bashed bumper.
