A87 closed in both directions after collision

The A87 is closed in both directions, between Shiel Bridge and Bun Loyne after a reported traffic collision.

Traffic Scotland reports there has been a collision at the scene and road users are advised to use an alternative route and expect longer than normal journey times.

An update posted just before 7pm reported that emergency services are at the scene.

Police have advised that a diversion will be in place via the A890 and A832.
