1 Out of this world fun

Go and celebrate World Earth Day at Inverness Museum on Saturday, April 22 from 11am-3pm with events for the Wild Escape Project. High Life Highland Ranger John Orr will be in the galleries from 11am-12pm for Ask A Ranger, with quick interactive games exploring biodiversity. You can try out a simple craft with artist Claire Macdonald in Room To Discover and view the fantastic model boxes, animal characters and animations created by pupils participating in the Wild Escape Project. All are welcome to drop in – no booking required. And don't forget the Wild Escape family trail aimed at pre-schoolers – search for the wooden animals hidden in the museum's display cases. They are all native, apart from one – will you find it? The trail continues until July8.
