If you are looking for good food in Inverness, then look no further than Cafe 1.
Based in the heart of the Highland capital on Castle Street, the restaurant stands out from the crowd.
Excellent service is what the dining establishment is known for, due to the nurturing and care of its staff.
Cafe 1 proprietor Norman MacDonald said: “What stands us out from the rest is our focus on continually training young people. We maintain staff and we have moved towards a more conventional approach to shifts, working towards a healthy work/life balance for all of the team.
“This means that our staff can give from the best of themselves, and our customers feel this.”
Cafe 1 produce also comes from farm to plate, as the family have their own croft, with cattle, pigs and lamb.
“Self-supply is an element of our business,” said Mr MacDonald.
“We believe in providence, and work in synergy with our suppliers, making sure that our customers receive the best quality.”
The team at Cafe 1 are now looking forward to welcoming groups, parties and individuals back for the festive season.
“Our favourite part of what we do is being involved with people’s special occasions”, smiled Mr MacDonald.
“We are here to look after people, and I love when we have three generations on one table for birthdays and workers out for office parties.”
With Christmas menus now having been done, and the addition of cocktail desserts for those that are too full for pudding - or want both - it is time to get your table booked!
Cafe 1 are catering for tables of one to 45, and can be booked online at: www.cafe1.net or via phone on 01463 226200
