SUTHERLAND - Annette Nimmo Sutherland (née Sinclair), aged 84 years, peacefully, with her family at her side, on 8th April, 2021. Wife of the late Hamish Sutherland, adored mum of Claire and James, loving grandmother to James, Anna, David and Cameron, great-grandmother to Cassie, and loving sister to Linda. Words can never express our sense of loss and grief. You were the nucleus of our family, adored by each and every one of us. Despite your pain and suffering, you never complained, bearing your illness with such strength and grace. You were always smiling and lived for your family. Our lives will never be the same again. Heaven has taken our angel. Our family would like to thank Nicola and her wonderful staff at Castlehill Care Home who gave such care and attention to our Mum in her last few months. Also to Cairn Medical Practice with heartfelt thanks to Dr. R. Sampson, who gave unfaltering support and dedication whilst Mum was at home. A private family service will take place on Friday, 23rd April, at 12.30pm, in the funeral home of John Fraser & Son, Chapel Street, Inverness; with interment thereafter to Kilvean Cemetery.
