MACKAY - Peacefully, at the Highland Hospice, on Monday, 15th August, 2022, following an illness borne with great dignity and courage, Joan Mackay (nee Green), Dornoch, formerly of Inverness and Loch Flemington, aged 56 years. Hairdresser and support worker. Loving and devoted wife of Jack, dearly loved mum of Shireen, glamorous granny of Zach, proud mother-in-law of Sean, dear sister of Lorna, Michael and Christopher, loving aunty and much loved friend of many. Funeral service on Wednesday, 24th August, at 11.45am, in the funeral home of William T. Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness; thereafter to Kilvean Cemetery. All welcome. Donations invited for the Highland Hospice.
