BALFOUR - Memorial service for the late Major Roderick Anthony Christopher Balfour TD (Roddy), aged 84 years, Croy, Inverness (lawyer, Territorial Army Officer and local independent Highland Councillor) will be held on Friday, 2nd February, 2024, at 12.30pm, in Fort George Regimental Chapel (parking in visitors car park but details of access for disability through funeral directors) with refreshments afterwards at Croy Village Hall from 1.45pm onwards.
