POLWORTH - The family of the late Tom Polworth would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy extended to them following their recent loss. Grateful thanks to the doctors, nurses and carers involved in Toms care. Thanks also to his nephew, Rev. Scott Polworth for his comforting service, his brother, Ian for his heartfelt tribute, organist Andrew Sutcliffe for his musical contribution and to D. Chisholm & Sons for their caring guidance with the funeral arrangements. Finally, thanks to Fiona's Flower Studio for the flowers, to the Beaufort Hotel for their hospitality and to those who attended the service and donated towards Marie Curie in memory of Tom.
