MACKENZIE - The family of the late Ian K. MacKenzie OBE would like to thank relatives and friends for their sympathy and support following their recent loss. Our thanks are extended to all those involved in the funeral service, specifically Reverend Dr John Ferguson, Rev. Kenneth Stewart, and William MacKenzie for his moving tribute. We are grateful for the smooth running of the funeral arranged by William T. Fraser and Son. The amount of £1400 was raised in a collection for the Ballifeary Home. The Drumossie Hotel and staff provided an excellent lunch after the funeral. We wish to thank the staff of Ballifeary Free Presbyterian Care Home for their dedicated care over the past three years and also the volunteers who assist with worship and other activities in the home. The support from the Community Nurse Team and the Palliative Care Service is much appreciated.
