A huge thank you to family, neighbours, colleagues and friends from near and far, who paid their respects and bade farewell to Robin on the morning of the funeral, accompanying him along the road, as he left home for the final time. Thanks to Robbie who drove the Davie Brown tractor that transported Robin; and to the pipers, Donald and Andrew, who led the procession and whose piping tributes helped give Robin a fitting Highland send-off. Thanks also to the many people who attended the ceremony in person and online. Their presence was a source of great comfort and the countless memories of Robin, shared throughout the day, helped to honour and celebrate the life of an extraordinary but humble man. We will not see his like again but his memory will live on. Finally, many thanks to those who contributed to the wonderful donation of £2,557.33 for Cancer Research UK, in memory of Robin.
