The number of clubs in the division will increase from seven to nine as Sutherland and Orkney will join the league.

They will join Clachnacuddin who became the first team to win the Highlands and Islands League which was established in 2019.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle Development were runners-up in the division last season.

Also competing in the league are Brora Rangers, Buckie, Caithness, Kirkwall City and Nairn.

Sutherland played Inverness Caledonian Thistle Development at Helmsdale in November losing 9-3.
