Trafford feels he has become a better player at Inverness

Inverness Caledonian Thistle midfielder Charlie Trafford feels he has improved as a player since moving to the Highlands.

Canadian international Trafford began his professional career in Finland, eventually leaving Rops Rovaniemi to sign for Caley Thistle two years ago.

He has been in and out of the team over that period, but has been a regular in the side throughout 2019.

Manager John Robertson had said that Trafford still needed to add a maturity to his game after having to substitute the midfielder against Dundee over fears he was about to be sent off.

Trafford says he still tries to improve, and believes he has already come on leaps and bounds.
