Toughest tests coming for Highland





Highland RFC head coach Dave Carson says they will face their two toughest opponents in the next two weeks.

The Greens will look to keep their National Two title challenge on track when they head to Peebles tomorrow, before hosting league leaders Biggar at Canal Park next weekend.

Last year’s National Three champions are on course for backto-back promotion as they lie in second, seven points ahead of third place Stewart’s Melville.

The results over the next fortnight could be crucial in determining their fate this season, but Carson says his team hold no fears.

“We’ve shown in the past we’ve won at difficult places so I am not afraid about going away to these teams,” he said.
