Clach got off to the perfect start after five minutes when Martin Callum fired a 25-yarder which goalkeeper Stuart Knight couldn't stop finding the net.

But the lead only lasted 60 seconds when Joe Gauld drove into the box and fired a low shot past Jake Williamson.

Forres took the lead in the 13th minute when Owen Paterson got on to the end of James Ross' free kick and fired home from close range.

But Clachnacuddin were awarded a penalty on the stroke of half time when Ross MacPherson was guilty of handball.

Michael Finnis' spotkick smacked the underside of the crossbar but went over the line to bring the score level at the break.

Both teams had chances in the second half, but Allan Macphee scored the winner for Forres in the 73rd minute with a powerful shot from 12 yards.
