Major cycling endurance event Strathpuffer set to take place at Strathpeffer in 2021.

ORGANISERS of one of the hardest cycling endurance challenges in Scotland says it will go ahead in January.

It has been announced that Strathpuffer 2021 is scheduled to go ahead on Saturday, January 16 and Sunday, January 17.

Entries for this year's event are set to open on Friday at 10am on its website.

The 24-hour event, which this year had over 1000 cyclists compete on the track at Torachilty Forest at Strathpeffer, draws riders from across the UK and further afield.
