All shinty matches will take place at 2:31pm.

The first matches of the Premiership season tomorrow will start at 2:31pm as part of the Camanachd Association's aim to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing.

Unlike a minute's silence, the 60 seconds is to be used as a cue for conversation about mental health.

A statement from the Camanachd Association said: "It can be difficult to talk to those around you about how you feel.

"But this minute brings mental health to the forefront of the conversation.

"We hope that all of our members will use this time to check in with one another and ensure that the shinty community continues to support each other in the best way possible, by listening."
