Record numbers selected for Celtic Games

A record nine Inverness Harriers have been named by Scotland selectors for this Saturday’s Celtic Games international in the under-16 and under-18 age groups at Grangemouth.

Four of the athletes receive international debuts. The others include three of the six Harriers in the Scottish team for the British Schools international at the same venue on July 21.

These latest selections are spread across the main Scottish teams and the Futures squads, each of which provide one athlete per event.
