Rankin records massive victory in Inverness Curling League

Locheye Curling Club’s Richard MacKenzie lost his unbeaten run in round three of Inverness Super league Division Two against Innes Rankin 13–2.

Two skips remain unbeaten with full six points, Brian Thomson and Andy Wood. Thomson defeated Sandy Renfrew 7–4 while Wood beat Keith Petrie 6–3.

Entries are still be sought for the Dennis Ice Bowl being played in the Inverness Ice Rink on Saturday, November 30.

Currently, 14 teams have entered to take part in the competition next weekend.

The holders from last year which marked the 50th Anniversary of the rink were Nairn Ladies.
