Northern Counties chase down Ross County to secure victory by eight wickets at Strathpeffer.

Northern Counties successfully chased down Ross County to win their friendly match by eight wickets at Castle Leod.

Ross County set a target of 196 for 9 in the 35 overs match with their captain Graeme Carney hitting an impressive 105 runs.

But the Inverness club managed to surpass their total with 19 balls to spare.

David Dugdale powered the Inverness club to victory with an impressive 105 runs with Jamie Rodger adding 37 and Alex Green scoring 35 by scoring 197 for the loss of just two wickets.
