Nairn Ladies Football Club to change name to Nairn St Ninian Women's Football Club

Nairn Ladies Football Club have announced a partnership with Nairn St Ninian which will see the team being renamed Nairn St Ninian Women's Football Club.

The Highland and Islands Women's League outfit have struck a deal with the North Junior Super League club to use The Showfield as a training and match day venue.

A club spokeswoman said “Nairn Ladies Football Club are delighted to announce our new team name going forward Nairn St Ninian Women’s Football Club. We can’t wait for this partnership and to be able to progress as a club together!”

Nairn St Ninian are one of nine teams in the Highlands and Islands Women's League which was unable to start this season due to the coronavirus pandemic.
