MUNLOCHY discus thrower Kirsty Law claimed second place at the UK Championships in Manchester.

Kirsty Law is Scottish champion again.

The Sale Harriers Manchester athlete threw 55 metres 18 centimetres to claim second place.

Jade Lally of Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers claimed victory with a throw of 61.42.

Amy Holder of Windsor Slough Eton and Hounslow came third in 54.54.
