Middlesbrough striker will leave Inverness Caledonian Thistle in January

Inverness Caledonian Thistle boss John Robertson has confirmed that on-loan forward Mitch Curry will be returning to parent club Middlesbrough when his loan expires in January.

The 20-year-old made the move to the Scottish Highlands in the summer with the intention of earning more match experience to force his way into the first team squad at the Riverside Stadium.

But since the start of the season, Curry has been plagued with injuries, forcing him to spend time on the sidelines.
