Inverness Caledonian Thistle aim to raise £100,000 in new membership scheme
Inverness Caledonian Thistle are launching a new membership initiative which is designed to bring in at least £100,000 to the club.
The ICTFC25 membership scheme aims to engage with the community and businesses by offering investors the chance of special benefits with the Championship club.
Memberships range from bronze level at £1000, silver at £2500, gold at £5000 and platinum at £10,000.
Benefits range from tickets to games during the season and use of facilities at the stadium to manager and player appearances at company events as well as a golf day with manager John Robertson.
The scheme has been launched to bring new investment to the club after it was announced it lost £892,000 in the last financial year.
It was announced last month that Caley Thistle had been pledged £520,000 to help solve a cash flow problem.
In addition, Inverness brought in well in excess of £100,000 during the January transfer window. The money was raised with the sale of defenders Coll Donaldson to Ross County and Jamie McCart to St Johnstone.
The club also received a significant sum from a 15 per cent sell-on clause when former winger Jake Mulraney left Hearts to join American Major League Soccer outfit Atlanta United in an undisclosed six-figure deal.
The club also announced that two concerts will be played at the Caledonian Stadium in June.
Sir Tom Jones has been announced to play in Inverness on Saturday, June 27.
Irish band Westlife will play at the stadium 24 hours later on Sunday, June 28 with the concerts estimated to be worth in the region of £100,000.
