Daniel Mackay will end the season as an Elgin City player after his loan deal from Inverness Caledonian Thistle was extended.
The 18-year-old became the youngest scorer in Caley Thistle's history when he found the net against Peterhead in the Betfred Cup group stages in 2017, and has since made 27 appearances for the first team.
Perhaps his fondest memory in an ICT shirt will be the Challenge Cup final two seasons ago, where he got the assist for Carl Tremarco's winning goal.
But last season was blighted by injury for the prospect, so the decision was made to send him out to get more regular game time, and he made the short move to Borough Briggs for the current campaign.
Initially on-loan until this month, Mackay has so far made 19 appearances in all competitions, scoring two goals as City have moved into play-off contention.
