Inverness and Kinlochshiel got their pre-season preparations off to an early start when they faced up to each other in a friendly at Bught Park.

Playing on the outside pitch at The Bught, Inverness put on a good show against their Premiership opponents with a 3-0 defeat being a respectable outcome for Callum McLeod’s team.
