Stags captain to miss Moray trip

Ross Sutherland captain Ali Kennedy will miss his club's trip to Moray in Caledonia North Two tomorrow.

He is unavailable for selection at the Stags look to ensure they avoid slipping into the bottom three of the table tomorrow.

The Invergordon outfit are already safe from relegation but head coach John Mann said dropping below Moray would be a huge blow to the team after an already disappointing season, saying: “We want to make sure we finish above Moray.

“We don’t want to be caught in the bottom three and this weekend will be the easiest of our three games. I never say it is a must-win game but this is as close to a must-win game as we get.

“Normally its close games and both teams win their home fixtures, it is only in the last few years we have managed to pull away from them.”
