The 17-year-old will represent GB at the European Championships Portugal after winning bronze at the national trials in Liverpool
The Millburn Academy finished third (15:34) only two seconds behind the winner at the under-20 women's race at the British Athletics Cross Challenge.
This earned her one of the five automatic team spots in Lisbon on Sunday, December 8.
She was delighted with her performance to gain automatic Great Britain selection.
"I'm really excited to get this selection and I'm happy with how the race worked out," she said.
"The amount of mud on the course really suited me and quite a big pack at the start gradually wore away, leaving three of us at the front.
"We all finished within two seconds while the fourth girl was another seven seconds behind me. I felt quite comfortable and I'm very pleased at the way it went."
