Over 100 competitors who came from Scotland, England, Wales and The Netherlands gathered at the Moray Sports Centre to test themselves.

Students from Inverness Tang Soo Do comprised an 11-strong team when they won eight first places medals, seven second place medals and nine third place medals.

Master Instructor Kelly O’Connor says for the club to take home so many medals was a credit to the squad.

"I am delighted with the performance of the whole Inverness squad,” she said.

"Although we had diminished in numbers, due to recent increase in Covid infections, the quality of the competition was exceptional. It was the first in person competition since the beginning of the pandemic, and a fantastic experience to see everyone coming together and sharing their Tang Soo Do skills and passion."
