Despite falling behind to a Liam Buchanan strike five minutes in, Inverness fought back to score twice in the second half.

Carl Tremarco scored on the hour mark from a tight angle at the edge of the 18-yard-box.

Caley Thistle took the lead five minutes from time when Jordan White nodded home a Tremarco cross from close range.

But Alan Trouten broke Inverness hearts when he was unchallenged in the box to fire a low drive from 12 yards.

Inverness could have won it in injury time when James Keatings' free kick hit the crossbar.

Despite the draw, Inverness reduce the gap on the top-two to one point as Dundee United were thrashed 4-0 at Queen of the South and Ayr lost 3-2 at Dunfermline Athletic.
