INVERNESS Caledonian Thistle have agreed a three-year deal stadium name sponsorship deal with an Invergordon offshore wind firm.
New club owner Alan Savage has confirmed that they have agreed a deal with Sarens PSG to sponsor the Caledonian Stadium until the end of the 2027/28 season.
The announcement was made at a press conference yesterday when it was confirmed creditors and members agreed a vote on a Company Voluntary Arrangement which will move the club out of administration.
Alan Savage’s £800,000 bid was accepted which will see him officially take over the club.
Once the final costs are determined and the relevant dividends paid to creditors then the CVA process will be brought to a close. It is anticipated that this process will conclude in early July.

Speaking about the deal with Sarens PSG yesterday, Savage said it was a deal for the club that will bring in significant revenue.
"My job is to make sure that we've got funds available. We have recently agreed a sponsorship for the stadium naming rights for the next three years with Sarens PSG – a company from Invergordon that operates in Aberdeen – we have got a big company coming in to do advertising, so we're getting revenue in already.”
Savage has also confirmed that there will be standing section at the stadium with plans to build a roof over it.
He is also confident that the club will be able to assemble a squad that is capable of challenging for the League One title and promotion back to the Championship.
The club have agreed new contracts with 11 players but have lost the likes of goalkeeper Musa Dibaga and midfielder Charlie Gilmour.
Savage says the club are optimistic they can have a successful season which begins on Tuesday, July 15 at home to Elgin City in the League Cup at what is expected to be known as the Sarens PSG Stadium.
He said: “We will be able to put a decent squad together. We are going to be full time and we are going to bring in players who we think can bring in value in the right positions.
“My job is to make sure we have funds available.”
Savage has suggested previously about the possibility of Inverness Caledonian Thistle moving to a new ground elsewhere in the city. But he says he is proceeding with his plans for the club on the basis they will be remaining at their current home. However, he said improvements do need to be made at the ground.
“One of the things we need to do is change to LED’s on the floodlights.
“Some sort of transformer currently costs us £4000 a month and we have to switch it on four hours before they play.
“The stadium will be better shared, we only really use it once a fortnight, we are looking to increase that. I will treat the stadium as we are never moving, so it will be improved. It doesn’t need a lot but needs things that haven’t been done for years. We look to put together things for every day of the week. We are staying here and people will be treated properly.”
