JOHN Robertson admits Tuesday’s night’s poor performance at Peterhead has left injury-hit Caley Thistle with no room for error in remaining League Cup group games.

The Inverness side suffered a fresh defensive blow after Brad McKay limped off with a hamstring problem in the penalty shoot-out defeat at Balmoor.

With Shaun Rooney already out for six to eight weeks with ligament damage and Kevin McHattie out with a thigh strain, manager Robertson could turn to youth for tomorrow’s visit of Raith Rovers.
