Carson warns against Highland complacency

Dave Carson remains wary that, with nothing to lose, Howe of Fife will cause Highland problems tomorrow.

Howe have already been relegated from National Two and sit bottom of the league table, with the trip to Canal Park this weekend their final match of the season.

It will be Highland’s second match in a row against a team with nothing to play for, with Carson’s side just two points away from promotion.

Howe of Fife played a rare midweek game against Dumfries on Tuesday, which they lost 45-36.

But Carson has warned against complacency on what could be a historic day for Highland.

“It’s very unusual, they obviously want their season finished,” Carson said.
