“Highland Rugby Club are pleased to announce a substantial financial investment in the future of the club, with a full redevelopment of the gym.

“The gym has been refurbished to a high standard with new equipment.

“This will allow all members, from academy players to senior players to improve their overall fitness.

“Our strength and conditioning coaches will now be in a position to provide bespoke training plans on an individual basis.”

He added: “We are now in a position to work alongside our partners and Sport Scotland, Institute of Sport have taken up the opportunity to use the facility to train their elite athletes.

“We look forward in the future to work with other similar organisations and groups.”
