Golf course to host Under-16 Scottish Open

The top young golfers from across the Highlands will be competing on home soil when the Scottish Boys Under-16 Open Championship takes place next month at Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club.

The Ross-shire golf course will hold the event on Tuesday, July 10 when 144 players from around the world will be competing against each other.

This event will see top Highland players take on talented European juniors from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, England, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Switzerland, Wales and this year entries from Russia and Australia.
