Former Ross County duo reported to be offered deals by Inverness Caledonian Thistle

INVERNESS Caledonian Thistle are reported to be interested in signing former Ross County duo Michael Gardyne and Billy Mckay.

The Daily Record claim Inverness have offered deals to the pair who were released from the Staggies last month.

Mckay (32) previously played at Inverness after signing from Northampton Town in 2011.

The Northern Ireland international spent four seasons at the club where he played 121 games and scored 54 goals before signing for Wigan Athletic in 2015 for fee of around £150,000.

He returned to the Highlands in 2017 to sign for Ross County on a free transfer.

Gardyne (35) spent 11 seasons at Ross County during three different stints during his career before being one of 10 players who were released last month.
