Flexibility key to ICT reaching play-offs

Manager John Robertson believes taking a flexible approach with his squad selection can give Inverness Caledonian Thistle a fighting chance of making it to the Premiership play-offs.

Inverness kept up their chase of finishing the regular season within the top four with an impressive 4-0 victory over Brechin City at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium on Tuesday night.

Joe Chalmers scored twice along with goals from Coll Donaldson and George Oakley to record a comfortable win which keeps them 11 points behind Dunfermline Athletic and Dundee United who are in third and fourth place respectively. But crucially, ICT still have three games in hand on Dunfermline.
