Clachnacuddin legend will play final game against Formartine United next week





John Macaskill will say goodbye to Clachnacuddin after confirming he will be playing his final game against Formartine United on Wednesday.

The central midfielder says he can no longer commit to playing for the club after taking up a new job as head ghillie on the River Conon.

After 13 years at the club, Macaskill says he has come to a point in his life when he also has to put his family first.

But the 35-year-old from Dingwall is grateful for the opportunity Clachnacuddin gave him as a footballer.
