Disabled residents prove to be box clever

Inverness City Amateur Boxing Club hold sparring session with residents and staff at Cheshire House.

Proving to be a knockout success, fighters from an Inverness boxing club trained with disabled people to teach them skills which they use to prepare them for competitive bouts.

Boxers and coaches from Inverness City Boxing Club met with residents of Cheshire House to put them through their paces at a special event.

It was organised as part of Sport Relief where members of the club organised a week of special events to promote active sport participation.
