New date set for Keatings tribunal as wrongful caution appeal set to be heard by Scottish FA

James Keatings' second tribunal over his second yellow card in the Tunnock's Caramel Wafer Challenge Cup semi final will be heard tomorrow.

The Caley Thistle man was booked for simulation against Rangers Colts, being sent off and suspended for the final as a result.

Inverness immediately announced they would appeal the decision, with the 28-year-old receiving widespread support from the footballing community online.

The sense of injustice was only heightened when the first fast-track panel upheld the referee's decision, but the Scottish FA has since withdrawn that decision, ruling it invalid due to proper protocol not being followed.
