Northern Counties need to be wary of Forres threat

Northern Counties Cricket Club could be in for a tough test this afternoon when they travel to a Forres St Lawrence side starting to show a bit of form.
The league table would have the Inverness outfit as strong favourites, as they are joint-top with maximum points so far while Forres are lounging at the foot of the table.
But last week Forres posted a mammoth total of 296-4 from their 45 overs, showing that they can still be a force to be reckoned with.
Pal Dhami starred with the bat for Forres, hitting 136, only for the rain to come and force an abandonment without a result.
Highland also have a 100 per cent record to this point, and they travel to a Nairn County team looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the season last week.
The city side won by walkover last week when Huntly failed to raise a full team of 11.
