CLACHNACUDDIN have found out who they will definitely play in the Scottish Cup first round after their potential opponents were forced to replay their original match on Wednesday night.

The Lilywhites were originally drawn to face West of Scotland Premier League outfit Kilwinning Rangers after they defeated East of Scotland Premier League club Penicuik Athletic 4-2.

However, Kilwinning were found to have fielded a sixth substitute in their original tie.

As a result, the Scottish FA ordered that the tie be replayed, with the winner still due to travel to Grant Street Park on Saturday, September 27.

Kilwinning Rangers won the replay 3-1 at Penicuik Athletic on Wednesday night and will still head to Inverness to face Clachnacuddin next weekend in the Scottish Cup first round.

Nairn County are heading to England for the Scottish Cup First Round as they take on Lowland League outfit Berwick Rangers.

North Caledonian League champions Invergordon have reached the Scottish Cup First Round for the first time in their history.

They beat South of Scotland League champions Lochar Thistle and East of Scotland Premier League outfit Dunipace in the preliminary rounds.

They will travel to West of Scotland Premier League outfit Glenafton Athletic on Saturday, September 27.
