Clachnacuddin announce new manager and assistant manager to take over reserves team in North Caledonian League





CLACHNACUDDIN Reserves have confirmed they have appointed Gavin Morrison as the new head coach of their North Caledonian League team.

He is replacing manager Will Macrae and assistant manager Ash Hollyer who have departed the club it has been confirmed on Friday.

Morrison signed for Clachnacuddin in the summer after joining from League Two outfit Spartans.

Morrison will be joined by former Clachnacuddin player Chris Ross who has been appointed as assistant manager. Morrison steps into the coaching role while currently injured from playing.

The pair will take charge of their first game at home to Alness United on Saturday.

Macrae first joined the club six years ago as Under-20s coach before progressing to assistant manager under Paul Maclennan for four years.

With Maclennan moving into head of development role in the summer Macrae took the reigns as manager.

Hollyer also previously coached at Under 20 level and rejoined in the summer to assist Macrae.
