Caley Thistle to take the game to Dundee United to close Championship gap





Aaron Doran says Inverness Caledonian Thistle will not hold back against leaders Dundee United in their bid to close the gap at the top of the Championship.

Inverness remain four points behind the Terrors after their 2–0 win over Queen of the South on Tuesday night.

Caley Thistle were hammered 4–1 on the opening day of the season at Tannadice, but Dundee United have not ran away at the top of the table as many have expected.

United have lost at Alloa and were thrashed 4–0 at Queen of the South and Doran says Inverness will remain true to their philosophy of playing attacking football.

“We are in a higher place now than on the first day of the season.

“It is at our pitch and we will be looking to take the game to them."
