Shareholders will attend the Inverness Caledonian Thistle EGM tonight.

The meeting will take place at the Inverness Caledonian Thistle Social Club at Greig Street on Tuesday at 7.30pm.

The announcement comes as shareholders have been invited to the club's EGM at the Caledonian Stadium tonight.

The club are looking for new investment and board members as it announced last month it has lost around £800,000 annually during two years in the Championship.

The club says it has been holding talks with a number of individuals and businesses over the last few months and will update shareholders on these discussions this evening.

Last week, Graham Rae stood down from his position as chairman and was replaced by Ross Morrison.

Rae, along with former director Allan MacPhee who also stood down last week, were part of the Muirfield Mills group which invested £1.1 million into Caley Thistle over seven years but were no longer in a position to invest into the club.
