ANTHONY McDonald praised manager John Robertson for telling him to be greedy after his wonder goal against Greenock Morton.

The Caley Thistle midfielder went on a sensational 30 yard run on the right wing beating several players before cutting inside, charging into the box and firing a thunderous shot past Robbie McCrorie.

The midfielder said he was previously criticised for looking to pass than take a shot and it inspired him to have a crack at goal.
