Inverness Caledonian have a home draw in the Scottish Cup third round against fellow Championship side Greenock Morton.

They will be familiar faces to Billy Dodds' men having already played each other four times in 2021, but Inverness can take confidence from knowing that they have won the last two meetings as well as all four cup matches between the sides.

Caley Thistle famously won the competition in 2015, but have since dropped out of the top flight – although strong form at the start of this season has them looking as likely to return this year as they have at any point since.

Their cup form has remained strong though, reaching the final eight twice including a trip to Hampden in an ultimately unsuccessful effort against Hearts in the 2019 semi final.

Third round matches will take place on the weekend of November 27.
